Lori Pinkerton-Rolet PPBIID, Reg. ID, IIDA is a Past President of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID). She’s been Director of Park Grove Design since 1993 with UK with International hospitality projects, healthcare, residential and development projects within their portfolio. Park Grove was awarded ‘Best Hotel Suite: Europe’ in the 2015 International Hotel and Property Awards, won a Pinder’s Healthcare Design Award in 2014 as well as Best Interior Design in the 2016 National Dementia Care Awards. Lori is the recipient of the 2012 BIID Award of Merit and sits on the Institute’s Professional Practice Committee and the Program Panel of the Construction Industry Council. She is also a qualified civil and commercial Mediator focusing on the resolution of creative sector disputes. Her Brighton-based practice works to a simple philosophy: ‘Great design has the capacity to enhance the quality of people’s lives.’
Lori’s work has been featured in Hospitality, idFX, The Times, Metro, The Sunday Telegraph, House & Garden and Designer magazines as well on television and in several book titles. She’s a frequent industry speaker at events including Sleep, Independent Hotel Show, 100% Design, Grand Designs, and Decorex International and has an on-line TEDx talk entitled ‘Colour for the Seven Ages of Man.’
