Architects and interior designers can explore the different environments of the Zaha Hadid-designed Roca London Gallery and gain CPD points. The leading bathroom manufacturer, Roca, offers BIID accredited and RIBA-approved guided tours of its inspirational Gallery, located in Imperial Wharf, close to Chelsea’s Design Quarter. During the 45-minute long tour, the architects and designers who worked on the project will discuss the various aspects of the Gallery’s conception and construction. Covering everything from the challenges presented by the original space and existing conditions, to the design concept, spatial strategies, and the design and construction timeline, detailing how the materials for the building were chosen.
Roca’s Training and Exhibitions Manager Cristiane Kopp comments: “Roca London Gallery is an inspiring piece of architecture. The guided tour gives architects and designers the opportunity to understand how this unique design concept was realised, and reflects Roca’s commitment to providing an insightful and innovative CPD programme.” Cristiane will be at the Roca exhibition stand at the BIID Conference on 16 June and can offer advice on how Roca can help with further CPD training.
